ITINERARY

Early morning pick up time at 6.30 am motor boat to West Bank. Visit the most important monuments on the back of a donkey, the traditional method of transportation for the ancient Egyptians. During this 5-hour tour from Luxor, climb on your trusty steed and follow your Egyptologist guide to sites like the Colossi of Memnon, the Temple of Ramses III (Medinet Habu) and the Valley of the Kings (Necropolis of Thebes). Imagine what life was like for the ancient Egyptians as you travel on a donkey’s back and learn about the history of the area through your guide’s informative commentary.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid until 30th April 2019, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Children Policy

  • 0 – 01.99 Free of Charge.
  • 2 – 5.99 pay 25% of tour price.
  • 6 – 11.99 pay 50% of tour price.
  • 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.

Payment Policy

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired Nile cruise, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 25 %, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays, the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by Online Payment, wire transfer and or the Western Union.

Tipping

It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great and if not, you are not obliged to do it.

SPECIAL NOTES

  • In order to protect your personal property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times.
  • Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction or restaurant.
  • Egypt Run Trip, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any theft or loss at any location.

Reservation Info

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
  • Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
  • An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
  • Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
